Hello, my name is Jenny!

I jokingly tell my clients to use Forrest Gump or Jennifer Lopez as a reference. I am a wife and a dog momma-I sing sentences when I am excited-enjoys tattoos and Evanescence-I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Saint Louis, MO.

It all started when I took a photo of a squirrel in my backyard with a disposable camera. I was excited in the moment and I couldn't wait to see the photo. I also played Pokemon Snap as a kid and would play or hours until I got the best photos I could!

Fast forward to 2006 when I started attending Florissant Valley Community College. I decided to take some photography classes to see where it would take me. 

The fire in my soul for photography burned like wildfire, and I have loved it ever since! I moved on to the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2009 and I graduated with a bachelors degree in Studio Art- Photography in 2013.

While photographing for my own business at JLMY, I was a yearbook photographer for a successful company and have worked with multiple photographers assisting them with their photography gigs. I have been working with Endy Events since 2020 and absolutely enjoy being a part of their team! 

So that brings me to the present day. I do what I love because life is about enjoying what you do for a living. I enjoy photographing for others because it feeds my soul and I  love to solidify memories that you can look back on for years to come.
